Anti-Spam Policy

CULTILAND ENTERPRISE CO., LTD. prohibits unsolicited promotional messages advertising culti-mesh.com, its products or its services. This policy applies to our staff and to affiliates, contractors, agencies and any third parties sending promotional messages on our behalf.

Prior consent

We require the recipient's prior consent before sending promotional email, including company introductions and exhibition invitations. A publicly listed business email address, inclusion in a directory, or attendance at a trade exhibition does not by itself constitute consent. Senders must retain evidence of consent and must not send promotional messages when that consent cannot be substantiated.

Opt-out and suppression

Recipients may withdraw consent at any time by replying to the message or emailing sales@culti-mesh.com with an opt-out request. Upon receipt of an opt-out request, further promotional messages to that recipient must stop, and the address must be recorded on a suppression list. It must not be re-added to promotional mailing lists without renewed consent.

Third-party senders

Affiliates, contractors, agencies and other third-party senders must follow the same consent and opt-out requirements. They are not authorized to advertise culti-mesh.com using unsolicited messages. Promotional sending that violates this policy must stop.

Requested and transactional messages

Replies to inquiries, quotations requested by a customer, and necessary order or service communications must remain limited to their requested or transactional purpose. They must not be used to add unsolicited promotions.

Report unwanted messages

To report a message or request no further promotional contact, email sales@culti-mesh.com. If available, include the sender, date, subject and original message headers so that the sending activity can be investigated.

This policy takes effect on the date shown above. It does not assert that all messages sent before that date had prior consent.
