Confirm the equipment before selecting the screen
Pipe-extrusion equipment and screen arrangements differ. State whether you process PVC, PE, PP or another polymer, and whether your line uses replaceable mesh screens. Machine documentation or an original specification is the starting point; this page does not imply that every pipe-extrusion line uses the same filtration arrangement.

Stainless steel filter discs
Enquire about round stainless steel mesh discs using your original specification. Exact grade, mesh count, wire diameter, disc dimensions and layer construction are confirmed before quotation.

Is one screen suitable for all PVC, PE and PP pipe lines?
No. Confirm the actual machine, screen location, geometry, material and approved construction. We do not claim universal machine compatibility.
Can you quote with only the pipe diameter?
Pipe diameter is not the filter-disc dimension. Please provide the screen drawing, original screen specification or an unused sample.
What is confirmed before an order?
The supply specification, quantity, price, sample arrangements if needed, lead time, packaging and shipping terms are confirmed for the particular order.
