A recycling enquiry needs more than a disc diameter. Tell us the polymer and feedstock you process, the machine or screen changer, and the existing screen construction. If you are investigating frequent screen changes, blockage or tearing, describe the operating conditions as well. We review the requirement before confirming what can be supplied.

Stainless steel filter discs
Enquire about round stainless steel mesh discs using your original specification. Exact grade, mesh count, wire diameter, disc dimensions and layer construction are confirmed before quotation.

Can I order from a used screen photograph?
A used screen can help identify the outer shape. It cannot reliably confirm the complete mesh, material and layer specification. Include an original drawing, specification record or unused sample where possible.
Can you recommend one mesh count for every recycled material?
No universal mesh count is promised. Share your existing approved specification, feedstock and operating context so the requirement can be reviewed.
Can I request samples first?
Yes, you can ask about samples. The specification, sample cost, quantity, courier charge and payment terms must be agreed before dispatch.
